- Unser ERP CARI ist die führende Fachanwendung für Strassenverkehrs - und Schifffahrtsämter in der Schweiz, die bei 17 Kantonen und dem Fürstentum Liechtenstein im Einsatz ist.

- Du stellst die Weiterentwicklung des CARI-ERP entsprechend den Kundenbedürfnissen und technologischen Standards sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und operative Ziele des dir zugewiesenen Kundenportfolios
- Du berätst unsere Kunden kompetent in ihren Geschäftsprozessoptimierung und IT-Anforderungen und gleichst diese mit bestehenden Lösungen und laufenden Projekten ab
- Du bist Bindeglied zwischen Business, IT-Entwicklung und Provider mit Gestaltungsspielraum
- Du steuerst proaktiv die Kundenbetreuung mit Unterstützung des gesamten Cari-Teams
- Du führst alle Vorgänge im Zusammenhang mit dem Lifecycle der Lösung durch von A bis Z
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Projektziele in der geforderten Qualität, den Kosten und Fristen erreicht werden

**Das zeichnet dich aus**:

- Ausgewiesene und fundierte Erfahrung im Produktmanagement in einem technischen Umfeld
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft mit IT Affinität
- Du bist eine engagierte und empathische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Dienstleistungsdenken und einem Flair für die Kundenbedürfnisse
- Du bewahrst auch in hektischen Momenten die Ruhe und den Überblick
- Du bist es gewohnt sehr selbständig, strukturiert und exakt zu arbeiten
- Du hast die Neugierde um die Prozesse zu verbessern und die Effizienz zu steigern
- Du bist eine kommunikative und offene Persönlichkeit die gerne in interdisziplinären Teams arbeitet
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der Tätigkeiten eines Strassenverkehrsamtes ist ein Vorteil
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch
- und/oder Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
