Unsere Kundin ist eine erfolgreiche und wachsende Schweizer IT-Dienstleisterin und mehrfach ausgezeichnete SAP-Partnerin aus dem Grossraum Zug, welche das Innovations-, Prozess-, Change
- und Organisationsmanagement erfolgreich in ihrem Beratungsansatz kombiniert.
Für unsere Kundin suchen wir eine\*n Solution Business Architect\*in (w/m/d) mit Drive.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gestaltung von Branchen
- und Kundenprozessen basierend auf der SAP-Produktpalette sowie Definition der Anwendungssystemlandschaft
- Entwicklung von Architekturvorschlägen zur Darstellung der Zielarchitektur in Zusammenarbeit mit Systemarchitekten für hybride SAP-Umgebungen
- Assistenz der Fachberater bei Projektdurchführung & -bewertung
- Gewährleistung der vollständigen Integration und End-to-End-Betrachtung; Einführung von Innovationen
- Begleitung der Implementierung auf fachlicher, organisatorischer und technischer Ebene
- Schulung und Entwicklung Ihrer Kollegen durch Vermittlung Ihres Expertenwissens

Ihr Profil
- Grosse Projekterfahrung im Lösungsdesign als Solution Architekt (Strategie, Prozesse, Technologie)
- Tiefgehendes Wissen über die funktionalen Möglichkeiten und Grenzen von SAP-Lösungen
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Integrationsszenarien und -Funktionen
- Tiefe Kenntnisse der Prozesse und Abläufe in den Branchen Manufacturing und Industry
- Analytisches Denkvermögen & starke Umsetzungsfähigkeit, von strategischer Planung bis zur operativen Umsetzung
- Fähigkeiten in Moderation & Kommunikation, insbesondere bei der Präsentation und Vermittlung von Konzepten und Ideen
- Mehrsprachigkeit - nicht nur in Deutsch und Englisch, sondern auch in den „Sprachen“ Business und IT
- Wissensbegierig, praktisch, qualitätsbewusst, bodenständig und hohe Empathie
