Sustainability Manager

In this role you will be responsible to drive La Prairie’s sustainability programs required to achieve the commitments defined in our sustainability strategy, Making Tomorrow Beautiful, Today. You will be responsible for managing La Prairie’s Carbon Footprint data collection, analysis, refinement, reduction and removal.

**Strategy, Targets & KPIs**

Managing projects, implementing activities, and leading cross-functional workstreams to ensure we reach the ambitions of our sustainability strategy in relation to our Climate Action commitments.

**Climate Action**
Co-create tools and processes to evaluate and monitor our carbon footprint and participate in the decision-making process to ensure target achievement. Ensure expert advice on operational/product footprint based on scientific evidence.

**Partner Engagement**
Liaise with Beiersdorf Sustainability colleagues to ensure alignment of carbon strategy, commitments, accounting and reporting. Manage external consultancy on carbon footprint activities.

**Data Collection & Analysis**

Collect data and integrate/automate within new online solution. Analyse results, refine figures/assumptions to get cleaner, better, more primary data.

**Reduction & Removal**

Develop and maintain reduction and removal roadmaps and update scenario planning to guide organization toward successfully achieving commitments aligned with Science Based Targets.

**Communication & Reporting**
Co-contribute to sustainability progress updates and news via various communication channels, internally and externally. Compile monthly reports to update stakeholders on footprint results and reduction achievements versus baseline.

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- Degree or experience in sustainability/environmental mgmt
- Min 5 years of carbon accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Data management expertise
- Collaborative
- High level of persistence
- Self-motivated and curious
