Inventory Replenishment Manager

In this role, you will execute the Supply Chain and Supply Management Strategy in operation. You will ensure supply and best product availability to meet global market demand and company targets. You will manage the inventory levels, inventory targets, inventory coverage and continuous product availability for assigned warehouse locations in most efficient manner.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:
1. Replenishment
- Monitor coverage and freshness of inventory on hand
- Frequent replenishment of warehouse locations to ensure optimum inventory availability and freshness requirements according to markets needs
- Execution and tracking of replenishment order from central warehouse to destination
- Continuously enhance the planning processes to improve the Sea/Air ratio to meet the agreed sustainability targets

2. Inventory Management
- Investigate and propose/set the optimum inventory targets for Singapore Hub, affiliate warehouses and e-commerce business and set target stocks in systems.
- Proactively manage inventory exceptions (i.e., excess, shortages, blocked or aged-stock), set and follow-up appropriate actions-plans with relevant functions.

3. Process Management & Systems
- Responsible for continuous examination of existing processes and systems, evaluation in the context of organizational goals, propose changes or enhancements, manage implementation and changes including standard process documentation.
- Responsible for coordinating activities of Supply Chain Management, involvement in particular processes, ensuring that they are working as efficiently and effectively as possible.

4. Master Data
- Ensure planning and inventory related master data is frequently reviewed and maintained in SAP and other relevant systems.

5. Projects
- Lead and support projects within the supply chain as prioritized by the management.

6. Others
- KPI Reporting

**What you need to become our next audacious talent**:

- 5 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning, experience in Inventory Management is a plus
- Solid SAP and Excel Skills
- Good Analytical and Communication Skills,
- Structured and organized
- Performance oriented thinking
- Team Player
- English is essential, German an advantage
