**What You’ll Do**

**In this role you work closely together with the VP Premix Operations and the Human Nutrition Premix Leadership team to ensure business growth. Besides administrative and organizational duties, you support the team in all administrative matters and will collaborate with stakeholders across the world.**

**Your key responsibilities**

- Organize and maintain the managers (digital) agenda
- **Provide forward planning support: Manage deadlines and deliverables**:

- **Compose correspondence/reports for own or manager’s signature**:

- **Welcome visitors and new employees**:

- **Arrange and support team meetings, global meetings and social events**:

- **Take care of travel arrangements, expense reports, invoicing & contracts**:

- **Create purchase requests and manage purchase orders**:

- **Monthly creating of reporting including presentations.**:

- **Monitoring of mandatory trainings within organization and aligning measures with the regions**

**You bring**
- Solid experience as Management Assistant or equal
- Excellent knowledge of MS tools, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good communication, planning and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- Able to work in stressful situations and to adhere to tight deadlines
- A service oriented and proactive mindset
