Unterstützung bei der Umgestaltung des Finanz
- und Rechnungswesens, von der Entwicklung der Finanzstrategie und des Target Operating Model bis hin zur Modernisierung und Einführung der Finanztechnologie

Durchführung von Benchmarking-Analysen, Business Case
- und Roadmap-Entwicklung, einschließlich funktionaler Prozessmodellierung, Entwurf der Technologiearchitektur, Entwurf der Governance-Struktur und des Berichtswesens, Organisationsstruktur und Entwurf der Servicebereitstellung

Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Festlegung, wie sie ihre finanzielle und nicht-finanzielle Leistung messen und steuern können, und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung des entsprechenden Datenmodells, der Prozesse für Planung, Budgetierung, Prognosen, Konsolidierung sowie der Berichts
- und Analysefunktionen

Beteiligung an technologiegestützten Modernisierungsprogrammen, um die Modernisierungsagenda für das Finanzwesen voranzutreiben, einschließlich Programmen im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung von Hauptbuch
- und Berichtsplattformen

Arbeit in multidisziplinären Teams in einem globalen Umfeld

Master-Abschluss und gute akademische Leistungen in den Bereichen Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Bankwesen, Ingenieurwesen oder Informatik

Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Bankensektor und in der Beratung, gute Kenntnisse von Finanzbetriebsmodellen, -prozessen und -plattformen/-systemen (Finnova, Avaloq) sowie eine solide Erfolgsbilanz bei der Leitung und Umsetzung von entsprechenden Projekten

Fundierte Kenntnisse und Verständnis für technologiebezogene Modernisierungen. Erfahrung in Bezug auf Geschäftsanalyse/Anforderungserfassung, Implementierung und Testaktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Implementierung von Finanz-Hauptbuch
- und Berichtsplattformen

Gutes Verständnis von Branchentrends und -herausforderungen (z. B. Digitalisierung der Finanzbranche)

Ausgeprägte analytische und quantitative Problemlösungsfähigkeiten

Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einem Team und mit Menschen auf allen Ebenen einer Organisation

Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich in englischer und deutscher Sprache wirksam zu vermitteln
