Aufgaben
Production and analysis of key accounting data across finance function and for financial accounting / Running accounting processes / Generating journal entries from source system data / Processing general ledger journal entries / Producing reports analysing financial data within core finance systems / Producing analysis of trends within financial data and performing reconciliations of balance sheet accounts / Undertaking submission of monthly financial data from the general ledgers / Preparing regulatory returns and annual financial statements (Swiss GAAP/FER and IFRS) / Acting as point of contact for accounting issues / Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable / Preparing tax and VAT returns / Responsible for regulatory issues and financial controls.
Qualifikation
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics / CPA, ACCA advantageous / Experienced as accountant in the investment management field / Good knowledge of local GAAP / Interest for Hyperion and ORACLE environment / Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel / Accurate, professional and reliable working style / Ability to set priorities / Self-motivated and integer personality / Dealing with flexibility despite heavy workload and time pressure / Fluency in German as well as English.
