**Daily work**:

- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency
- Continuous maintaining of client relations, proactive handling of client queries, keeping client focus in mind
- Contribution and active participation in the development of internal procedures, systems
- Control and minimize incidents and ensure no similar mistakes
- Control risks and minimize risks for assigned scope
- Develop and communicate appropriate solutions
- Ensure proper control and governance for the business activities, and that risks/regulatory matters be properly and timely addressed
- Ensure that required records are maintained and stored according to appropriate retention policy in a timely and accurate manner
- Seek opportunities to optimize structure, improve processing capabilities and adapt to growing activity and clients demands drive change and implement effective and efficient operations management policies and processes that are consistent with best practices globally
- Ability to set up relevant performance indicators

**The team**

As Cash Desk & Investigations Manager, you will manage a team of 6 people in charge of the following activities:

- cash remittance and withdrawal
- debit/credit card issuance, renewal and follow-up
- checks remittance and issuance
- maintenance of the bank vault
- organisation of clients' visits to their safes
- custody: dematerialisation of physical securities
- WM Cash Investigations (RFI, return of funds, Filtering B1)

**Main competencies**:
Client focus minded, with a high sense of quality of service and communication skills. Well organised and able to deal with several different activities. Knowledge of cash related transactions and of usual banking background Available, flexible and easily adaptable to changes.
