Job description

Amaris Consulting is hiring We are looking for a Technical Project Manager in Industrial Processes (M/F/d) to join our team.Your job will be to lead Detail engineering (plant construction), also implementing Process Risk Analysis mesures and draft the necessary project documentation.

**Your role**:
Managing construction with claims related to changes in the project scope, including assessing cost and time impacts, as well as risk quantifications.
Providing technical details, costs and deliverables during asset commissioning.
Creating and delivering work plans, resource requirements, proposals, engineering estimates, and risk and opportunity analyses.
Developing your management and communication skills by coaching entry-level engineers, technicians and support teams.
Handling of process commissioning during solution test and start of production (in case of non-feasible tests in asset commissioning, ambiguities, problems, defects,...)
Taking care of overall project documentation.
Managing handover with regards to completion of all pending projects and of all pending tasks from process risk analyses.

**Required qualifications**:
Engineering degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Robotics, or equivalent
Sound knowledge of Project Management according to "Good Engineering Practice".
At least 5 years of relevant industry experience as EI&C Engineer in the Life Science sector.
Problem-solving mindset, able to take ownership and drive resolution of an issue to the end.
Ability to deliver high quality results under time pressure
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills together with commitment, and team spirit.
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
