**Responsibilities**:
Develop enzymatic bioconjugation methods using INOFEA's technology.
Plan, prioritize, and independently execute work according to project plans.
Manage projects to ensure operational excellence, adhering to timelines and resource requirements.
Collaborate in the development of enzymes with customers:
Plan projects
Ensure project completion within planned resources, including enzyme activity and stability confirmation, and sample preparation.
Troubleshoot and identify root causes.
Provide technical support to customers.
Report on project progress.
Identify novel solutions for customer needs.
Support Scientific Lab Associate(s) by dedicating 40% of working time to lab activities.
Manage, develop, and coach scientific associates.
Possess a good working knowledge of relevant analytical techniques, such as HPLC, and spectrometric analysis for protein and enzymatic activity quantification.
**Requirements**:
PhD in life sciences, preferably with a multidisciplinary background relevant to the bioconjugation field. Two to four years of industry experience in a relevant area (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry) is preferred.
Experience in optimizing bioconjugation conditions for DAR, recovery, and stability, along with analytical experience in characterizing bioconjugates (DAR, conjugation site, purity, solubility, and payload stability/release assays) is a great plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize quickly, and bring projects to conclusion.
Excellent communication skills and soft skills to build solid relationships.
Strong team player.
Structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude; open-minded to innovative ideas and suggestions; agile, initiative-taking, and dynamic, solution-oriented.
Fluent in English; German proficiency is advantageous.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving attitude.
Computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
