YOUR MISSION:
- Coordinate, organize and manage all operational activities related to catering, customer service and reception, both internal and external, in accordance with the standards defined by the Bank;- Monitor the levels of service and ensure their quality at all times in client areas; ensure clients satisfaction and sound translation of their needs and manage complaints;- Organize and supervise the team (30 persons); recruit and manage planning and time control; ensure the supervision, valuation and training of the team;- Supervise the catering service (VIP catering and staff restaurant) and wine cellar;- Manage and control inventories and costs and monitor business relationship with suppliers and services providers; manage purchases, orders and related contracts (cooking equipment, drinks, wine, vending machines, flowers,);- Advise our external offices on the organization of catering and reception and ensure their harmonization throughout the Group;- Rethink and develop the offer of catering, reception and staff services and propose new hospitality concepts for our new premises in Bellevue (for clients and employees);- Establish and consolidate budgets and oversee external offices’ budgets;- Monitor KPIs and suggest areas for improvement.

DESIRED PROFILE:
- Higher education in hospitality management and/or catering, or equivalent;- Minimum 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry or in luxury hotels is a must;- Proven experience in leading and managing teams and ability to work in groups;- French mother tongue with excellent knowledge in English; other languages an asset;- Excellent presentation, team spirit, strong interpersonal skills and self-control; ability to develop relationships with all levels of hierarchy;- Have proven negotiation skills and diplomacy; ability to interact with very demanding clients and key stakeholders;- Be proactive, responsive, rigorous and able to work under pressure;- Solution oriented and sensitive to details and quality;- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;- Swiss domicile or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
