- Bei Engineering and Document Management Solutions handelt es sich um eine engagierte Gruppenfunktion, die Ingenieursabteilungen dabei unterstützt, ihre Prozesse zu optimieren und ihre Geschäftsziele durch Digitalisierung und innovative IT-Lösungen zu erreichen. Wir sind ein internationales Team mit einer herzlichen und kooperativen Atmosphäre, und unser physisches Büro befindet sich in der lebendigen Stadt Zürich. Gemeinsam nutzen wir die Stärke der Teamarbeit und unterstützen unsere Kollegen dabei, das Ingenieurwesen voranzubringen. Als PLM-Architekt in unserem Team sind Sie verantwortlich für die Definition einer umfassenden PLM-Strategie, die auf unsere Ingenieuranwendungen zugeschnitten ist und sie in eine einheitliche Landschaft integriert. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

- Strategieentwicklung: Zusammenarbeit im Industries-Segment, um eine klare PLM-Strategie zu entwickeln, die mit unserer Vision übereinstimmt.
- Erstellung von Roadmaps: Aufbau strategischer Kommunikation und Roadmaps, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Stakeholder unsere Vision verstehen und aktiv dazu beitragen.
- Lösungsarchitektur: Verbesserung unserer Gesamtlösungsarchitektur, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Integrationen zwischen Anwendungen und den zugrunde liegenden Datenbanken, in enger Abstimmung mit unserem internen IT-Team.
- IT-Integration: Verstehen unserer internen IT-Strategien und deren effektive Anwendung auf unsere Geschäftsanwendungen.
- Nicht-funktionale Anforderungen: Identifizierung nicht-funktionaler Geschäftsanforderungen im Hinblick auf Leistung, Infrastruktur und Anwendungslandschaft und Sicherstellung, dass Integrationen und Lösungsdesigns diesen Anforderungen entsprechen.
- Qualität des Lösungsdesigns: Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Qualität des Lösungsdesigns und des Überprüfungsprozesses für unsere selbst entwickelten Anwendungen. Bewertung von Fähigkeiten: Teilnahme an der Bewertung neuer Fähigkeiten im PLM-Bereich und Prüfung ihrer Kompatibilität mit unserer bestehenden Architektur.

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium als Informatiker oder Wirtschaftsingenieur.
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit IT-Architektur, vorzugsweise im Bereich des Produktlebenszyklusmanagements.
- Kompetenz im Umgang mit Ingenieurdaten und -prozessen.
- Starke Präsentations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
- Außergewöhnliche Fähigkeiten im Networking und beim Aufbau von Beziehungen in einer dynamischen Arbeitsumgebung, sei es in einem physischen, hybriden oder Remote-Setting über Ländergrenzen hinweg.
