**Position Summary**

The B2B/Out of Home business is one of Nespresso’s key strategic pillars, that is evolving and adapting to the new reality. To support this evolution, Nespresso is recruiting a Global B2B Systems Innovation Project Manager, reporting to the Systems & Digital Innovation Manager, to offer consumers their favorite coffee shop recipes on-the-go.

**As a Global B2B Systems Innovation Project Manager, you will**:

- Translate insights from internal and external analysis (market assessments, pilot, customer insights, competitor analysis, industry knowledge, interaction with partners), to develop a global product brief that brings competitive gaps
- Use those insights and your knowledge to support decision-making throughout the idea to launch process
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Work with the coffee team to define and document the beverage menu and translate into the digital machine menu
- Work with the IS/IT team to implement IOT use cases for consumer and customers
- Ensure a fast transition from development to launch by integrating insights from a well-managed field test and soft launch process. Ensure that objectives and KPIs are clear, prepare markets, and coordinate with all functions to ensure a successful and on-time delivery that brings the required insights and learnings to accelerate global launch
- Work with commercial and marketing teams to deliver the materials that cross-functional teams in markets will rely on to ensure a highly successful launch with customers and consumers, including system overview, target customer and venue, features and benefits, speech, brand assets, competition analysis, technical specifications etc.

**What will make you successful**
- At least 5 years’ experience in technical product sales or marketing, with experience in coffee systems with digital / IT connectivity
- Strong track-record in project management, with proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects involving hardware and software in a matrix organization (PMP Certification is a plus)
- Strong communication skills within the project, to foster goal alignment and to simplify interactions among multiple stakeholders
- You are humble, curious, and always ready to learn more
- Fluent in English
