Der Bereich Risikomanagement Schweiz innerhalb der Organisation von Swiss Life Asset Managers stellt sicher, dass Risiken auf Ebene der Schweizer Kollektivanlagen systematisch identifiziert, analysiert, bewertet, überwacht und gesteuert werden. Die am Hauptsitz in Zürich ansässige Abteilung ist unter anderem für die Funktionen Investment Compliance, Risk Management Securities, Risk Management Real Assets und Qualitative Risk Management verantwortlich. Das für Real Assets zuständige Team widmet sich insbesondere dem quantitativen Risikomanagement für die Assetklassen Infrastructure Equity, Infrastructure Debt und Real Estate.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams Risikomanagement Real Assets suchen wir Sie als hochmotivierten Senior Risk Manager für Real Estate (w/m/d) mit einem Pensum von 80-100%.

Die Rolle
- Risikomanagement für Real Estate Equity & Debt-Investitionen in der Schweiz, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Transaktions
- und Portfoliomanagementteams
- Unabhängige Erstellung umfassender Pre-Transaction-Risikoeinschätzungen für neue Immobilieninvestitionen inklusive einer Risikoempfehlung an den jeweiligen Anlageausschuss
- Erstellung von periodischen Risk Reports (Post-Transaction) für die Risikokomitees der Portfolios von Drittkunden und des Immobilien-Projektentwicklungsportfolios
- Weiterentwicklung von Risikomanagementmethoden, z.B. Liquiditätsstresstests, Dekarbonisierung, Monte-Carlo-Simulationen
- Teilnahme an länder
- und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten als fachlicher Experte für Real Estate Risk Management
- Risikomanagement für Hypotheken der Portfolios von Drittkunden
- Stellvertretung für Infrastruktur Equity und Debt und Erstellung von Pre-Transaction-Risikoeinschätzungen
- Risikoanalysen für das Management und Investitionsteams durch unabhängige Risikoanalysen
- Kontinuierlicher Austausch mit den Investitionsteams über die Risiken auf Asset
- und Portfolioebene

Expertise
- Master in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder Wirtschaftsmathematik, fachspezifische Weiterbildung (CFA, FRM, CAIA) von Vorteil
- 5-9 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Immobilienwirtschaft
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des Risiko
- und Ertragsprofils von Immobilienanlagen, insbesondere in der Bewertung von Immobilien
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität und sehr gute Kenntnisse in der fundamentalen Investmentanalyse
- Exakte, strukturierte sowie ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikative und kooperative Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Kollegen in unterschiedlichen Ländern
- Mitarbeit und Stellvertretung für die Assetklasse Infrastruktur
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, sind Voraussetzung und weitere IT-Kenntnisse (z.B. Power BI, VBA, Python, R) sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
