With more than 200 professionals, our Investment Solutions department is responsible for providing sophisticated and customized investment proposals to our private clients. Within this context we are looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager & Strategist for our Zurich or Geneva office:
Mission
- Responsible for the management of dedicated real-estate mandates and funds of funds: Continuation of first-class track record (outperformance and alignment with client wishes) and reporting (oral and written).
- Responsible for monitoring and selection of best external real estate funds and managers for the banks’ clients (listed and/or direct).
- Responsible for the on-boarding of external managers on the bank’s Priviledge fund platform.
- Responsible for defining the real-estate strategy of the bank
- Promotion of the real estate offering to clients and management: Presentations/updates through morning meetings/morning calls based on current events (markets and/or product-specific), presentations to internal and external counterparties.
Desired Profile
- University education and recognized diploma in Investment (CFA/CIIA) a plus
- 5 to 10 years of experience as Real Estate PM, with good knowledge of the Swiss market required
- Ability to develop and communicate a Real Estate strategy to bankers and private clients.
- written and spoken English and/or French. German a real plus
- Ideally based in Zurich, open to Geneva
