The Kao Salon Division brings the Kao vision for making life beautiful to salon owners, stylists and their clients around the world. As each salon client is different and every stylist unique, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of products and services across our quality brands Goldwell, KMS, Oribe and VARIS.

**The role**:

- The purpose of this position will be to provide assistance to the Marketing in Switzerland as well as independently supervise projects in the field of Professional Hair Care.

**What you will do**:

- Support Product Management in the planning and implementation of marketing activities as well as launches of new products from GOLDWELL, KMS, ORIBE, VARIS.
- Preparation of documents and material in 3 languages for Switzerland.
- Creation, processing and management of purchase orders (POs).
- Maintenance and updating of article/promotional item lists.
- Work together with the interfaces communication, digital marketing, customer service, supply chain and sales.
- Complete and check webshop data.
- Prepare reports, statistics and analyses.
- Work on various projects.
- Contact with external partners (for example agencies).

**What you need**:

- Commercial Traineeship.
- 3-5 years’ professional experience in the an administrative role with organizational responsibilities.
- High motivation, independence and initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills and structured working.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
- ** Fluent in German, English and French (good verbal & written language skills). Italian is an advantage.**
