**Inside Sales & Digital Customer Engagement Representative - 100%**

Männedorf, Switzerland

**Your contribution**

In this challenging and important role you are responsible to sales and customer engagement, via telephone sales and digital channels. You will be part of the Inside Sales and Digital Customer Engagement Europe team, working closely together with the Service, Sales, Marketing and Customer Operations teams.
- You will actively sell Reagents, Consumables, Service Contracts and Small Instruments to assigned customers
- You will be responsible to achieve personal order entry budget and revenue recognition targets
- You will define account plans, generate leads and build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- You will grow customer engagement with existent accounts and acquire new accounts
- You will develop and maintain a high level of consultative sales skills and outbound communications throughout assigned customer base
- You will carry out ‘desktop’ research to understand and reach out to potential customers and markets
- You will play an active role on Strategic Projects such as E-Commerce and CRM initiatives, sales campaigns
- You will be responsible for allocated Accounts pertaining to selling consumables and service contracts in the short term and reagents and small instruments in the longer term
- You will be responsible to implement European initiatives on Digital Customer engagement in assigned territory

**Your background**

- Degree in Life Sciences or Medtech
- You have already experience and successful proven track record in a tele-sales role in the European life sciences or laboratory diagnostics market
- You have experience with managing budget and cost
- You have strong communication skills, including convincing - influencing and cold calls
- You are a team player with an international mindset
- You have a strong ability to prioritize, and you are self-motivated
- You are passionate about life sciences / healthcare topics and for innovation & change
- You speak English fluently, any other European languages is an asset
- You are familiar with systems, such as SAP etc.
