Inside Sales Representative

Are you an organized and structured person with a passion for inside sales? Have you just completed your vocational training (KV) or are you currently studying environmental technology, industrial engineering, business administration/ international management, or something completely different, but are interested in sales? If, in addition to that, you are interested in the latest technologies and cleantech, join our young and dynamic sales team as an Inside Sales Representative.

We are LEDCity, a cleantech start-up founded in Zurich, with the goal of reducing
energy consumption in the lighting sector worldwide by 80%. To achieve this,
we are developing a globally applicable lighting system that uses sensors to
control the lighting according to demand.

Tasks

**Main tasks**:

- You work closely with the field service and support them in their sales projects.
- Independent handling of small projects like warranties and reorders.
- Processing of quotes, energy-calculations, shipping, and billing.
- Support of the project engineering.

**Side Tasks**:

- Further develop the process of internal sales.
- Take on more technical challenges and assisting in complicated projects.

**Requirements**:
Must have\'s
- You have a structured way of working and possess excellent organizational talent.
- Openness to oral and written communication with customers and suppliers in fluent German and English.
- You have a start-up mentality and possess the necessary portion of flexibility
- Sustainability is important to you, and you are interested in the newest technologies.
- You have a hands-on mentality and a strong willingness to learn - as required in a

start-up.

Nice to have\'s
- Work experience in technical companies (for example electrical or lighting planning) and/ or in the area of international logistics.
- Experience with building plans and real estate.
- Some French language skills would make you even more interesting.
