**Your mission**:
- As our Controller Raw Materials & Transport, you plan and retrieve all raw materials from external warehouses.
- You steer the on-time provision and delivery of our products and shipping documents.
- You are responsible for the organization of transport to co-manufactures.
- You create, confirm, and complete production orders.
- You maintain and create part lists/BOM and routings in ERP.
- You collect, prepare, and analyze data from various sources for KPIs, monthly closing, etc.
- You control the data recorded in production and communicate deviations to the respective department managers.
- You raise transfer orders to co-manufactures.
- You actively introduce and implement improvement initiatives.
- You create forecasts for partners and organize daily collections.
- You assist the month-end closings and inventories.
**You**:
- Are experienced in the food industry in production, logistics, or backoffice support.
- Are a highly organized, precise and methodical individual with a flair for numbers and administrative work.
- Have good communication skills (German B2 or higher and English any other language is a plus).
- Have very good MS Office skills.
- Are experienced with ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Are a solution-oriented team player.
