Farie is a rapidly growing startup with a validated product-market fit and a team of 10. As a subsidiary of the Swiss Car Subscription Pioneer Carvolution, Farie is strategically positioned to become the next big thing in the Swiss automotive industry.

We are looking for talents to join our growth journey and take on ownership.

Tasks

As Product Owner, you will be focused on planning and coordinating the implementation of processes, new backend and frontend features. You will also facilitate the prioritization of features, to help your team focus on quickly shipping those high-impact, low-effort features. You have a can-do attitude, enjoy working at a fast pace, make data-driven decisions, while losing the big picture, and stay super organized.
- Develop the roadmap in collaboration with the CPO and the entire team, ensuring alignment of priorities
- Work closely with the team to plan sprints, releases and coordinate across dependent products
- Manage relationships with any 3rd parties related to your product.
- Take responsibility for forming hypotheses and measures, and ensuring there is a backlog with agreed priority
- You ensure features are shipped on time and support developers, designers and marketers to achieve their sprint goals
- You bridge the gap between operational challenges in the automotive industry and technical solutions giving Farie an edge over its competitors
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize and set the team direction, creating a sense of urgency and momentum
- You are the interface coordinating commercial requirements, technical challenges and operational needs

**Requirements**:

- A business or technical degree is an advantage
- You have a track record, shipping products and can show us some examples
- Experience developing multiple products and managing their lifecycle
- You are experienced working with development, design and growth teams to create amazing products
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Ability to compromise in the right way
- You love collaborating and have experience in leading varied groups to swift decisions
- You are motivated by getting things done
- Start-Up mentality: Thinking out of the box & KISS
- You possess a positive, can-do attitude and are open-minded
- You don't shy away from a challenge
- Domain expertise or demonstrated affinity for the automotive industry is an advantage
- You are fluent in English. Mastering the German language is an advantage
