- This is a unique opportunity to join our
- **People Experience Team and focus on the area of Learning and Development **while supporting
- **on Digital, DEI and Work transformation projects.** As an intern, your role is essential to ensure that our employees are well accompanied and that their experience on the various digital portals is the best one possible.**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
- We are looking for a person who is

- **technology enthusiast and like to be on the cutting edge**, this position is for you- You will find yourself in a dynamic, innovative environment with a strong desire to grow and improve the experience of our employees where your main responsibilities will be:
- **Administrative support on digital platforms** (**LMS, LXP, LiL, Coursera**): extracting and analysing learner activity, producing analysis reports on ongoing learning initiatives for evaluation and impact. **Creation of events and sessions**, uploading of different learning materials, administrative support to **Regional L&D and Maisons Leads** when needed.
- Liaison with suppliers and stakeholders when needed.
- **Communications design support**: creation of visual identities for different projects, establishment of visual dashboards to keep KPIs updated on a monthly basis.
- **Digital content curation**: selection of relevant content on different topics to support different learning initiatives.
- **Support the L&D team on different cross-cutting projects** focused on luxury, DEI, wellness and digital learning.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**?- Curious and creative thinker, preferably with an academic qualification
- Must be a **Serial learner**:

- Data driven person with **analytical mindset**:

- Good **planning** and **communication skills**:

- **Organized & Proactive**:

- **Fluency in English is mandatory.** French is an asset.
- Previous experience a **Learning Management System or a Digital Tool a strong asset**:

- You are **at ease with MS Office and Adobe Creative is an asset.**:
