Legal Specialist will work as an integral member of the Corporate Governance Team and will perform a variety of legal and project management duties under the supervision of the Senior Legal Manager, in Boudry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To review and circulate documents for signatures such as minutes, resolutions, and powers of attorney for various projects.
- Support other departments and functions to the extent they need or request entity-related support and/or guidance.
- Legalizations (notarizations, Apostille, embassy legalizations, chamber of commerce, ministry of foreign affairs and providing guidance on what may be required for corporate governance, legal and other departments.
- Other administrative support such as FedEx, scanning of documents, invoices etc.
- Provide all other support relating to company's Ex-US entities as necessary and requested.
- Support LER project for Ex US entities
**Qualification**:
- Qualified through education, training and/or work experience in the areas of responsibility.
- Teamwork
- Communication in English and French
- Accurate, precise, logical, and organized
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project priorities and work assignments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point software programs.

This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
