Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing a team within a staffing-related function.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate environment.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience recruiting for technical profiles in an agency or in-house setting.
- Experience problem-solving, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor that influences like a leader.
- Knowledge of domain research hiring best practices.
- Ability to mentor teams and maximize individual and team performance while maintaining a fun working environment.
- Excellent personal accountability and integrity.
