As a Sales Advisor at Fusalp, you play a key role in our client's in-store experience. You are responsible for welcoming clients, advising them on products according to their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You are passionate about Fusalp products, fashion trends and client needs. You create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the store, providing high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
**As a Sales Advisor at Fusalp, your main tasks are**:
**Be an ambassador for the Fusalp brand**:
- You represent and transmit Fusalp's values to clients and new employees.
- You welcome and advise our local and international clients.
- You build client loyalty through retail sales and high quality service. Your people skills make every Fusalp experience memorable.
**Take part in the day-to-day running of the shop**:
- You participate in the merchandising of our collection in line with the brand's standards.
- You contribute to the smooth running of daily sales and ensure that the shop is properly maintained.
- You take part in other operational tasks of the shop such as ; customer orders, receipt of goods, labelling, inventories, stock management, after-sales care, cashier management, opening / closing, and maintenance of the shop.
**Be a versatile and competent salesperson**:
- You monitor sales performance indicators against set targets.
- You are proactive in marketing activities.
- You take part in the brand's training programmes.
- You are always on the lookout for new client opportunities.
- The scope of these tasks may change depending on the company's needs._
**Profile required**:
- You're passionate about skiing, fashion, and luxury goods. You always go above and beyond, and relish a challenge in order to achieve team goals and KPI's.
- You have at least 3 years' experience in a high-end premium environment.
- You know how to deliver excellent customer service and a tailored client experience.
- You are dynamic, versatile and have an acute sense of performance and attention to detail.

Als Verkaufsberater/in bei Fusalp spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle im Kundenerlebnis. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, die Kunden zu begrüßen, sie zu Produkten entsprechend ihren Bedürfnissen und Vorlieben zu beraten und sie durch den Kaufprozess zu führen. Sie kennen die Fusalp-Produkte sowie die Modetrends und die Bedürfnisse der Kunden. Sie sind in der Lage, eine einladende und freundliche Atmosphäre im Geschäft zu schaffen und einen hochwertigen Kundenservice zu bieten, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung zu gewährleisten.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben werden sein:
**Botschafter der Marke Fusalp sein**:
- Sie **repräsentieren und vermitteln die Werte von Fusalp** an Kunden und neue Mitarbeiter.
- Sie sind in der Lage, unsere **lokalen und internationalen Kunden** zu**empfangen** und **zu beraten**.
- Sie **binden** Kunden durch Einzelhandel und **qualitativen Service**. Sie sorgen dafür, dass die Kunden ein **unvergessliches Erlebnis** haben.
**Beteiligen Sie sich am Alltagsgeschäft der Boutique**:
- Sie beteiligen sich am **Merchandising** unserer Kollektionen nach den Standards der Marke.
- Sie sorgen für einen **reibungslosen Ablauf in der Verkaufsstelle** und achten darauf, dass die Boutique ordentlich geführt wird.
- Sie beteiligen sich an anderen **operativen Aufgaben** in der Boutique (Kundenbestellungen, Warenannahme, Etikettierung, Inventarisierung, Lagerverwaltung, Kundendienst, Kassenführung, Öffnen/Schließen und Instandhaltung der Boutique).
- Sie setzen die **Sicherheitsrichtlinien** des Geschäfts um (Vermeidung von Diebstahl und Verlust).
**Ein vielseitiger und kompetenter Verkäufer sein**:
- Sie verfolgen die **Indikatoren für die Verkaufsleistung** entsprechend den festgelegten Zielen.
- Sie sind **proaktiv** bei Marketingaktivierungen.
- Sie nehmen an den **Schulungsprogrammen** der Marke teil.
- Sie sind ständig in Bewegung und halten Ausschau nach **Kundenmöglichkeiten**.
