To strengthen our **Immunology Franchise** for the region Alps (Switzerland & Austria), we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of**:Medical Solutions Lead**.
- The role is covering all Switzerland and it is home based._
- Working 2-3 times per month from the UCB office in Bulle (canton of Fribourg) is required._

**As a Medical Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for local implementation of the medical global strategy and for local initiation and execution of solutions and projects in the Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology and Osteology therapeutic areas, in Switzerland. In this role you will be pivotal in driving a successful product launch of a potential blockbuster.**

- Create and lead projects with top KOLs and associations.
**You will contribute by**:

- Project management of the transversal launch team with the relevant stakeholders (Medical, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Supply, Regulatory etc.) for the duration of preparation and execution of the respective product launch and beyond.
- Carries out local medical scientific initiatives in connection with new indications and new products (e.g. Advisory Boards, Congress Symposia).
- Development and provision of scientific / clinical evidence and documents in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatolgoy and Osteology to support price and market access negotiations.
- Development and support of local ecosystem specific solutions, considering the needs of patients and physicians (e.g. Patient Support Programs and Medical Education Programs).
- Manages and conducts UCB pipeline projects and guideline initiatives (ISS, NIS, etc.) in close cooperation with the Global department and MSLs.
- Manages funding contributions, donations, and medical-scientific collaborations with Swiss
- Registries in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology and Osteology.
**I**nterested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience, and skills**:

- Education: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or Business.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in medical positions in the Healthcare industry.
- Knowledge on the dermatology therapeutic area and landscape in Switzerland is a plus.
- Proven experience in working in transversal cross-functional project teams.
- Autonomous and self-empowered, with a “make it happen” attitude.
- Strategical thinking.
- Strong presentations skills.
- Networking and influencing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Language: mandatory French, German, and English (in both written and oral communication).
