Dans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous recrutons un/une:
**Product Launch and Life Cycle Manager**

En tant que Product Launch and Life Cycle Manager vous serez amené à piloter les lancements opérationnels de nouveaux produits (Product expansion et/ou Géo expansion) pour la gamme des produits fillers au sein de Teoxane.

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez à collaborer avec de multiples départements (Production, Commerce, Marketing, Qualité, Affaires Réglementaires, Finances, IT,) et des projets de grande envergure vous seront également attribués.

**Votre mission**
- Animer les lancements, les maintiens de gammes et les fins de vies des produits Teoxane
- A partir d’un produit nouveau ou d’une configuration modifiée, s’assurer de la bonne coordination des différentes parties prenantes pour que l’organisation soit en mesure de livrer les premières commandes au client
- Prioriser le déploiement des évolutions concomitantes des produits en fonction de la criticité pour le client, pour les autorités et des contraintes opérationnelles
- Leader la fonction de Packaging & Artwork Project Manager

**Activités principales**
- Piloter le pipeline de nouveautés:

- Initier les projets : créer les données articles produits dans les outils internes, planifier les dates de lancement des produits en fonction des stocks des produits remplacés, des prévisions et des contrats négociés, provisionner les stocks en concertation avec le service Achats
- Superviser et mettre en place les éléments nécessaires à la mise en route du lancement d’un nouveau produit auprès des services internes, des fabricants et du groupe (commande, prévision, documentation technique et qualité, délais réglementaires et industriels)
- Animer les canaux d’informations entre les services Réglementaire, Commercial, Legal, Innovation, Opérations et Finance
- Pilote les comités de gestion de nouveautés à l’aide d’un « tracker »
- Assurer la communication et la mise à disposition des produits dans les différents marchés concernés dans les délais prévus par les Business Partners internes et externes
- Piloter et coordonner la mise en place des différentes étapes critiques du projet (règlementaire, qualité, packagings) en mobilisant les équipes internes afin d'assurer le respect des délais:

- S’assurer que les différents contrats (Qualité, Distribution, Commerciaux,) soient établis et en vigueur
- S’assurer avec le service Post-Market Surveillance que les conditions soient en place pour les projets concernés au moment du lancement
- S’assurer que les prévisions commerciales soient disponibles
- S’assurer que la partie de mise en production soit effective et opérationnelle notamment par les activités de design transfert. Pour cette partie, le packaging & Artwork Project manager sera un artisan fort de la réalisation et validation des Bons A Graver et des Bons A Tirer pour toutes les évolutions
- Piloter des Change Control lorsque nécessaire sous arbitrage du comité de pilotage des nouveautés
- Communiquer un reporting / des indicateurs et être force de proposition dans le cadre d’une démarche d’amélioration continue
- Effectuer toute autre mission particulière qui pourrait vous être confiée par la direction

**Votre profil**
- 10 à 15 ans d’expérience sur des postes similaires avec une position Senior
- Une première expérience à un poste similaire dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou du dispositif médical
- Une orientation Supply Chain / gestion des lancements associée à de la
gestion / coordination de projets serait idéale
- Connaissance de la gestion des lancements de produits
- Compétence dans l’animation d’équipes stratégiques et pluridisciplinaires
- Orienté résultats et travail en équipe
- Anglais et Français courants
