Dans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous recrutons un/une:
**Project Manager Product Life Cycle**

Rattaché(e) au Directeur PMO, votre mission est d’assurer la bonne réalisation des projets sur leurs dimensions délais, coût et performance industrielle.

**Activités principales**
- Être l’Interface entre le processus d’innovation, de développement de nouveaux produits et d’animation des comités lancement produits
- Maintenir une vue d’ensemble des demandes de changement et de modifications des articles de conditionnement
- Être responsable de l’interface entre PMO et les fonctions Supply Chain de suivi d’exécution des projets de modification d’articles de conditionnement
- Coordonner les activités d’amélioration des packaging existants (primaires et secondaires)
- Organiser le retour d’expérience en amont des jalons de clôture partielle et finale du projet
- Assurer l’animation des équipes projets composées d’équipiers rattachés à différents services de l’organisation
- Formaliser les attendus de chaque projet en accord avec les sponsors
- Faciliter l’élaboration d’un plan projet en définissant:

- Le scope à délivrer
- Les jalons et taches nécessaires
- La stratégie Qualité et Règlementaire
- Le plan de gestion des risques du projet
- Le planning
- Le budget détaillé
- La gestion des modifications en cours de projet
- Les procédures internes à utiliser lors de l’exécution du projet
- Les revues périodiques du plan projet
- Piloter l’exécution au quotidien en synchronisant les acteurs et en gérant les interfaces avec les opérations courantes
- Reporter l’avancement des projets à la Direction
- Monitorer la progression des projets sur les dimensions : Délai, qualité, coût
- Communiquer sur la réalisation des projets et les opérations à venir
- Clôturer les phases complétement délivrées des projets en s’assurant de la bonne transmission aux opérationnels

**Votre profil**
- 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet dont 5 ans dans une organisation structurée et industrielle
- 5-7 ans d’expérience en supply chain pharma (BE ou Labo pharma ou DM), lancement produit, gestion des artworks
- Certification PMP (même si non maintenue dans le temps) ou formation projet équivalente
- Culture poussée des exigences réglementaire et validation internationales
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication et d’animation d’équipes transverses
- Rigueur d’organisation et d’administration pour la gestion de plannings, budgets et plans de gestion des risques
- Capacité à prendre du recul sur des projets complexes (pour structurer, simplifier, identifier les facteurs clés de succès et les risques)
- Anglais niveau B2 minimum
