**Vos missions en tant que Head of Treasury seront:
- Gestion Globale de la Trésorerie : Mettez en œuvre des stratégies de gestion de trésorerie pour optimiser les flux financiers.
- Gestion du Crédit : Maximisez l'efficacité de la gestion de crédit pour soutenir les opérations.
- Optimisation des Intérêts : Développez des stratégies visant à maximiser les rendements des investissements.
- Gestion du Cash-Flow et Développement du Cash Pooling : Mettez en place des mécanismes efficaces pourmaintenir et améliorer la liquidité du groupe.
- Politique de Gestion des Risques de Change : Élaborez et surveillez une politique robuste pour minimiser l'impact des fluctuations de change.
- Financement interne entre les Secteurs : Coordonnez les flux financiers entre les différentes divisions du groupe
- Supervision des Investissements en Capital (Capex) : Surveillez et soutenez le financement des projets capitaux.
- Gestion des Risques : Identifiez et mitigez les risques financiers potentiels.
- Gestion des Inventaires de Métaux Précieux : Assurez la responsabilité de l'administration et du contrôle des métaux précieux.
- Supervision de la Gestion des Crédits de Métaux Précieux : Surveillez et soutenez la gestion des crédits relatifs aux métaux précieux.
- Gestion de la Couverture d’Assurance : En collaboration avec notre courtier, veillez à la couverture adéquate de nos actifs.
- Analyses et Présentations : Préparez des analyses percutantes pour orienter la Direction.
- Tableaux de Bord Personnalisés : Concevez et mettez en place des outils de suivi adaptés aux besoins spécifiques de nos différents sites.
**Profil Recherché**:
- Vous bénéficiez d'un Master en Finance, un diplôme bancaire ou une formation équivalente, avec trois à cinq ans d'expérience, idéalement dans une banque ou une entreprise internationale.
- Vous avez d'une solide expérience en gestion de liquidité, en suivi des comptes et en tant que personne de contact privilégiée des banques.
- Votre réactivité, votre point de vue stratégique et votre excellente maîtrise de vous seront des qualités recherchées pour cette position
- Vous avez une excellente capacité à travailler de manière structurée, à tisser des liens et à prospérer dans un environnement dynamique
- Doté(e) d'une personnalité posée, dynamique, pragmatique et orientée vers l'atteinte des objectifs.
- Vous maîtrisez complétement le français ou l'allemand, avec de bonnes compétences dans l'autre langue.
- Une maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour ce rôle.
