Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous rapportez directement au Head of Human Resources de GF Machining Solutions, au siège de Bienne, et vous avez les responsabilités opération-nelles et stratégiques suivantes en matière de RH:
Diriger et développer l'équipe RH et garantir une qualité élevée des services RH

Définir, harmoniser et garantir des structures/pratiques/processus/documents RH ef-ficaces et s'assurer qu'ils sont en accord avec la stratégie RH globale, la culture d'en-treprise, les politiques RH et le droit suisse

Soutenir, coacher et conseiller le management sur toutes les questions stratégiques et conceptuelles, notamment sur le développement de la stratégie RH et la mise en œuvre d'initiatives RH au niveau suisse

Mettre en œuvre et développer de tous les processus HRM et de leurs instruments.

Diriger et/ou soutenir le « change management »

Mettre en œuvre les initiatives de développement des talents, plans de carrière et plans de succession dans toute la Suisse

Expertise en Ressources Humaines et Management - au moins 5 ans d'expérience à un poste de responsabilité dans le domaine des ressources humaines, idéalement dans l'industrie

Grande flexibilité, autonomie, volonté de performance et résistance au stress

Personnalité de leader empathique et pragmatique, avec capacité à prendre des déci-sions, à communiquer et à s'imposer

Interlocuteur compétent pour les questions de gestion concernant les collaborateurs, l'équipe et l'organisation

Maîtrise à un excellent niveau de l'allemand et de l'anglais avec capacité à communi-quer sans ambiguïté tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral. La maîtrise du français est un atout
