With plans to expand their facilities further, they are currently looking for an experienced professional with a unique combination of technical/physical security skills and managerial experience to help sustainably secure their premises and products for today, tomorrow, and beyond.

**Head of Site Security (w/m/d) 100%***:
**My Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate a service-oriented team of ca. 10 security professionals
- Define, develop, and deploy a global strategy for the proactive and reactive physical security, emergency management, and fire safety of the site
- Integrate said processes and activities into the Integrated Management System
- Maintain documentation, reference systems, and internal solutions to ensure the availability of systems and their compatibility with company projects
- Identify human and other threats pre-emptively, assess the impacts and causes of major events and mitigate their consequences by defining, implementing, and monitoring structural, technical, and organisational preventive measures
- Ensure the permanent control and maintenance of the supervision, detection and monitoring systems
- Carry out risk analyses, conduct audits, define and monitor security related KPIs, and organize and implement integral tests and exercises
- Act as a key point of contact for the crisis management organization and define intervention and business continuity plans
- Liaise with the security organization of the headquarters and local authorities
- Manage the local emergency intervention organization
- Carry responsibility for the legal and regulatory compliance with applicable regulations related to physical security, fire safety, and emergency organisation
- Future proof site security by exploring evolving threats and mitigation strategies

**My Skills**
- University bachelors or preferably masters degree in engineering or similar discipline
- Certified electrician, telematician, multimedia electronics technician or equivalent or technical/scientific training from a university of applied sciences in a related field
- CAS in strategic security/safety management or higher education with federal diploma in the fields of safety/emergency organization/fire protection/crisis management
- At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar role with no less than 3 years of project management, strategic, operational, and technical experience in the field
- Knowledge of Swiss regulations and standards relevant to fire protection (e.g., VKF), data protection (e.g., GDPR/NDSG) etc.
- Well versed in standards of Quality Management (ISO9000), Facilities Management (ISO41000), Occupational Health and Safety (ISO45001), Business Continuity Management (ISO22301), and Crisis Management (ISO22361) - any relevant certifications are a plus
- Ability to efficiently communicate with different interlocutors
- High sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Proactive, organized, autonomous, and pragmatic leader and team player
- Ability to negotiate persuasively and diplomatically, deal with stressful situations, and interact regularly with different hierarchical levels in the business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - SAP and project management software is a plus
- German and French at C1 level written and spoken is a must - English is a considerable asset
