**What is this job about?**:
In this position as **Marketing Manager** for Switzerland and Germany, your goal is to ensure the growth and success of the brand creating and executing strategies to increase the visibility of the company in the region.

You will research, develop and execute localized marketing strategies. On a daily basis, you will analyse the success of your actions and optimise them accordingly.

**Your challenges**:

- Design and implement **integrated multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns** to increase brand visibility and generate demand
- Liaise with the Sales team to ensure successful execution of campaigns
- Become an expert on the company’s services and act as one of the business’ **brand ambassadors**
- Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to **develop content for company’s digital channels**, including the website and social media accounts
- **Liaise with third party vendors** to produce specific items such as translations, brochures, videos, etc.
- Manage company’s brand presence and messaging at external events
- Conduct **analysis and performance reports**

**What do you need to apply?**:

- Language skills: advanced level in **English** and **German**
- Min. 5-8 years of experience in **B2B Field Marketing** within the information technology sector
- Good understanding of **digital transformation and IT solutions and services marketing**
- Experience driving impactful awareness and demand generation programs
- Extensive knowledge of **traditional and digital marketing techniques**
- Marketing experience with one or more industries verticals e.g. Manufacturing, Financial Services Lifesciences, Retail & Consumer Goods.
- Experience working with third party vendors, managing budget and contracts
- Experience in **project management**
- Ability to handle large events
