**Your field of play**:

- Develop and implement accurate demand forecasting models to predict product demand, incorporating historical data, market trends, and relevant external factors.
- Analyse data sets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies affecting demand, utilizing various statistical techniques and forecasting tools, inclusive Azure Machine Learning Studio in Microsoft Dynamics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development and material sourcing, to gather and share critical insights and align demand forecasts with business goals.
- Work closely with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels, minimizing excess inventory and avoiding stockouts
- Communicate forecasted demand to relevant stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
- Conduct root cause analysis for forecast inaccuracies, identifying and addressing factors contributing to deviations from projected demand

**Your story**:

- Be successful in this position you bring:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in demand and supply related role
- A strong affinity to sports relevant to the Odlo universe
- Ability to work in an international and fast-paced working environment
- Ability to cope with changes and ambiguity, make data-driven decisions and act upon considering taking calculated risks
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and meeting facilitation (small and large groups) skills
- Flexible team player with an open mindset, good organizational skills and well-structured work
- Good understanding of ERP systems, experience in Microsoft Dynamics is preferable
- Azure ML Studio or Phyton is a plus
- Advanced Power BI and MS Office user
- Basic Understanding of Machine Learning and basic to intermediate programming skills in Python are preferable
