Improvement Project Manager

Nous recherchons un(e) Improvement Project Manager pour notre département Production-Qualité.

Mission principale de la fonction
- Améliorer la qualité intrinsèque des produits et les fiabiliser en coordination avec les départements concernés
- Réduire les coûts de non-qualité (fabrication, assemblage, faiblesses) des produits durant leur cycle de vie en prenant en compte les retours au Customer service notamment
- Assurer le rôle de coordinateur(trice) REACH/RoHS au sein de la marque
- Mettre en place les exigences légales et normes en vigueur pour Longines en assurant un rôle de coordinateur(trice) au sein de l’entreprise

Dans ce rôle, vos tâches principales sont les suivantes:

- Participer activement aux projets liés aux domaines de la durabilité, des aspects environnementaux et de la conformité légale de nos produits
- Participer aux kick off techniques des nouveaux produits et y apporter son expertise marché
- Organiser les indicateurs clefs pour le suivi qualité des produits / familles (production, retours marchés, etc.) avec les différents acteurs internes et externes
- Coordonner les actions d'amélioration avec les différents départements internes, fournisseurs externes et sites d'assemblage

En cas de modification de design, remonter les informations au département Produit pour prise de décision, puis coordonner les actions de mise en place
- Organiser des réunions périodiques pour la revue qualité des produits au catalogue avec les différents acteurs internes (CS, Produit, Achats, Qualité notamment)
- Assurer le suivi et la coordination d'actions correctives aux différentes étapes de vie du produit, depuis la mise en production de série jusqu'au phase out

**Profil**:
Vous disposez d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur(e) HES en microtechnique ou mécanique ou titre jugé équivalent, avec une expérience de plusieurs années dans le domaine de l'horlogerie
Vous démontrez une solide expérience pratique et en gestion de projets, avec de bonnes aptitudes analytiques, au niveau des statistiques notamment
Une expérience confirmée dans la conformité légale des produits est un atout
Vous faites preuve d'un intérêt marqué pour les contacts humains ainsi que l'amélioration continue des produits
Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances de la suite MS Office et de SAP
Vous disposez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles

Vous faites preuve d'ouverture d'esprit et êtes orienté(e) solutions
Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe et d'analyse
Vous savez gérer les priorités et avez de bonnes capacités de communication

**Langues**:
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les langues française et anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
