**Methane Abatement Project Manager**

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience implementing new technologies for

midstream companies. The primary responsibility will be deploying the SlipPureTM methane

abatement technology at gas pipeline compressors. As a rapidly growing company, there is

potential to assume additional responsibilities. Daphne Technology is a Swiss

headquartered company with subsidiaries in the US, Norway and Singapore.

Daphne offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented individuals to deploy cutting-edge

GHG-reducing technologies. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement our

SlipPureTM technology, serving as the ‘go-to’ person for both customers and Daphne employees. As a fast
- growing company, this role will offer opportunities to assume additional responsibilities, enabling you to

technologies, ideally at midstream companies. A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Engineering,

Project Management, or a related field.

**Your responsibilities**

Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource

allocation.
- Coordinate and lead international project teams (that include mechanical and electrical engineers,

scientists and technicians), ensuring clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation

strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to the management team and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and other project

stakeholders.
- Communicate project objectives, deliverables, and timelines to stakeholders, managing expectations

throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly and effectively.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

- Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize project spending without compromising quality or safety.
- Review and approve project invoices, ensuring accurate billing and proper cost allocation.

Risk Management:

- Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to mitigate operational and

environmental risks.
Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and

client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and quality

requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree and/or a Project

Management Professional (PMP) certificate is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the energy industry, overseeing complex projects

from initiation to completion. Project Management experience in non-energy industries will be considered
with additional experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with gas pipeline compressor operations, specifically four-stroke lean burn engines. Knowledge

of methane abatement reduction technologies is a plus
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with international

cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of safety regulations and environmental considerations in the oil and gas industry.
