Billing Assistant

We are looking for a Billing Assistant to join our Finance Team in Geneva.

Your assignments and tasks will include:

- Generate accurate, complete, and timely invoices;
- Answer clients' inquiries / concerns relating to billing;
- Ensure the smooth running of the collection process;
- Create reports and present to partners / managers;
and in general, perform various administrative duties relevant to billing activities.
- You have a commercial education and affinity for numbers;
- You have a first work experience in accounts receivable and some background in accounting;
- You are a native French or English-speaker, with a very good command of the other language (additional language is an asset);
- You have excellent organizational skills and are multitasking;
- You have a high sense of customer service;
- Experience in the legal industry / a law firm in a plus.
