**Job Description Summary**: The Construction & Commissioning Organization has an open position for a highly motivated individual who will provide operational leadership for Site Quality across the Gas Power project portfolio in the EMEA & Americas Poles.

The Site Quality Leader is an instrumental element for securing successful execution of the New Unit project portfolio and improving customer experience. As part of your core responsibilities, you will overlook effective deployment of Quality principles across multiple Sites, including direct management and development of Site-based Quality members supporting the construction of Heavy Duty and Aeroderivative power plants.

The Site Quality Leader servers as focal point for implementation of site quality strategy and plays a critical role in the definition and execution of continuous improvement initiatives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for centralized site quality assurance and control activities for a given project portfolio
- Hire, train, manage and develop Site Quality resources to support project execution strategy
- Own planning & execution of Site Quality Audits, including coordination and implementation of applicable improvement actions
- Ensure Quality documentation, inspection planning and overall Site Quality plan is set up and implemented in accordance with contractual and statutory requirements
- Define and execute continuous improvement projects and problem solving at the project and portfolio levels
- Execute Root Cause Analysis for Site-generated defects
- Provide tendering support related to man-loading estimation and examination of contractual requirements
- Support Site Quality Managers in setting up local quality staffing and engaging external vendors for quality-related activities on site (e.g. NDT).

**Required Qualifications**
- Certified Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
- Significant operational experience in Project and / or Site Quality management.
- Proven experience managing in matrixed organizations.
- English fluency with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience leading cross-culturally.
- Travel as needed to support site-related activity (up to 60%)

**Desired Characteristics**
- Advanced degree - MBA or equivalent
- Deep technical knowledge of Gas Power plants
- Knowledge of: Welding, NDT, CE Compliance and related directives, EHS, ISO 9001:2015.
- Significant experience in quality roles and/or continuous improvement.
- Proven experience on developing or managing Quality policies and procedures. Including creating and managing Site ITPs.
- Significant experience in Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
- Lean and Six Sigma experience
- German, French, Spanish are beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Established project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

**Rôles et responsabilités**
- Assumer les responsabilités relatives aux activités centralisées d'assurance qualité et de contrôle des sites pour un portefeuille de projets donné
- Recruter, former, gérer et développer les ressources dédiées à la qualité des sites pour soutenir la stratégie d'exécution des projets
- Gérer la planification et l’exécution des audits de qualité sur site, y compris la coordination et la mise en œuvre des mesures d'amélioration applicables S'assurer que la documentation relative à la qualité, la planification des inspections et le plan global de qualité des sites sont préparés et mis en œuvre conformément aux exigences contractuelles et statutaires
- Définir et exécuter des projets d'amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes au niveau des projets et des portefeuilles
- Exécuter l'analyse des causes premières pour les défauts générés par les sites
- Apporter son soutien dans le cadre d'appels d'offres pour l'estimation de la charge de travail et l'examen des exigences contractuelles
