As Site Supervisor you will be representing ABB towards customer and contractors at customer site. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and supervision/execution of dedicated work/services for our product group, that have to be performed during erection, installation and pre-commissioning or during a periodical maintenance inspection at customer site. Reporting to the Team Lead Site Management, you will be coordinating and assisting the site-works team in the cost-effective execution of deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Installation supervision of High Power Rectifier (and GMD) systems
- Coordinating of interfaces with customer or other contractors on site
- Supporting trouble shooting
- Handover the system to commissioning or customer
- Technical advising customer or contractor personal, ensuring that the latest drawing revisions are used and work instructions are correctly followed during installation
- Quality assurance and establishing project quality documentation (test certificates)
- Adherence to all operational health and safety procedures
- Support and keep up documents, templates and site procedures to the latest standards

**Your background**:

- Minimum 3 years of verifiable site work or equivalent working experience
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- Self-starter attitude who can work with mínimal instruction and supervise work of others
- Flexibility to work non-standard schedules at any location with possible varying environmental conditions required in remote areas
- Electromechanical/mechanical technician level (or a degree in Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering)
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- Fluency in English
