Job Description

Job Title: Civil Site Manager

Location: Baden-Württemberg, Baden

Purpose of the Job:
Linxon is seeking a talented Civil Site Manager to oversee and lead construction activities at our project sites in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful completion of construction work, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to project schedules and budgets. As a key part of the project team, you will work with various stakeholders to deliver the highest quality infrastructure projects that meet Linxon's standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):

- Planning, organizing, and monitoring construction activities on construction sites in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and Linxon safety standards.
- Management of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure construction work is completed on time and in a cost-effective manner.
- Monitor and control project plans and budgets and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to align construction work with overall project objectives.
- Regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure work execution meets Linxon standards.
- Preparation and review of method statements, risk assessments and other project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Leading construction site coordination meetings.

Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in construction site management, preferably in energy or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of German building regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent German and English skills are required.
