Sommet Education is a hospitality management and pastry & culinary arts education group of more than 1200 employees that is home to five leading brands: Glion Institute of Higher Education, Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, Ecole Ducasse, Invictus Group and the Indian School of Hospitality. You have a “Can Do” attitude, you are sales oriented and a champion of 5* customer service working well under pressure and displaying excellent presentation and communication skills. You have strong interpersonal skills, you are reliable and flexible. You have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business or Marketing and a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or/and business development with proven success of exceeding targets preferably within the education industry and you have a good knowledge of the Swiss education system. You are also fluent in English and French - fluency in German/Swiss German and Italian is a plus. Also strong computer skills including the use of MS Office and, preferably, a CRM system (Salesforce) is an important asset.

As **Enrolment Advisor for Switzerland**, you will support the Country Enrolment Manager with the implementation for all Sommet brands in Switzerland, a key market for Sommet Education. It implies maximizing the recruitment of students in the region, respecting the school's admissions criteria and the reputation of the institution. You are accountable for reaching/exceeding regional enrolment targets for undergraduate students and we expect you to go above and beyond to secure results.

Your objective is to manage and support sales and enrolment events at our campuses, participate in student and professional fairs, meet with all kinds of educational partners, meet future students and/or parents and follow up leads closely.

Your main missions will be to:

- Ensure Sommet’s brands presence in the allocated High School channel.

You will build strong relationships with the key stakeholders (school counsellors, principles, faculty) and will constantly search to innovate the way our brands are being staged on and off campus.
- Connect with the local education recruitment industry. You will be responsible for activating Sommet’s brands in key education fairs.
- Support implementing brand events concepts (recruitment info sessions, industry workshops, cobranded events, retention gatherings, discovery days on campus) with the objective of generating new leads, increasing conversion and reducing recruitment attrition/cancellations.
- Attend Open Days as a champion of Sommet’s brands, and manage the guest interactions and any special activities (private visits on campuses, immersion trips, etc.).
- Be responsible for counselling and converting new business/leads, driving sales excellence, and achieving all your recruitment objectives.
- Take care of various tasks, but not limited to team project work, brochure sending or administrative follow-up with applied and enrolled students.
