**Recruitment and Admissions Advisor - Maternity cover April 2024 - February 2025**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Employ yield management techniques to optimize the admissions process and achieve desired enrolment targets.
- Provide regular reports and insights on regional recruitment activities, leveraging data to optimize strategies and achieve enrolment targets. Support the Associate Director in meeting enrolment targets and contribute to overall program growth and success.**Profile requirements**:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a multinational environment
- Previous work experience in an academic institution is a plus
- Recruitment and admissions experience is a plus
- Event management experience is a plus

Competencies
- Strong administrative skills and detail oriented
- Fluent in English (written and verbal skills)
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work successfully in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Ability to work both independently and effectively with others in a team environment
- Availability to travel for business trips in Switzerland and/or overseas.
- Availability to work 100%
