One of Swiss Romande's most respected recruitment and HR consultancy firms, Finders SA has represented clients to find and hire quality middle and senior managers since 1990. Operating in a truly international style, this team of professionals delivers highly effective and insightful Recruitment and HR Consultancy services in the Banking, Commercial and Legal sectors, working out of both Geneva and Lausanne, and covering all of Switzerland and Europe.

**Position**:
To be based out of our Lausanne office, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to fulfil requirements for a portfolio of clients in the commercial sector. **Profile**:

- 5-8 years experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 4 successful years in external recruitment
- In-depth knowledge of professions such as Accounting/Finance, Marketing/Sales, HR, Supply Chain
- The desire and proven ability to grow a client base
- Well organised, able to multi-task and customer focused
- French mother tongue fluent English
- Proven drive for results and the ability to work autonomously.
