At the moment we're looking for a seasoned UX Writer (80-100%) who has already worked in a similar position and
- not only loves but masters writing in German and English.
- feels comfortable with UX writing processes and tools for research, strategy, writing conventions and pattern-based text creations.
- has leadership qualities.

**Requirements**:
In your role as UX Writer, you work at eye level with Leila and together build the fledgling discipline. As a creative wordsmith, conceptual thinker and ambitious innovator, you help UX writing gain traction, clarity and reputation at Ginetta.

You make UX writing an integral part of our design process, which is only successful by working closely with our UX Researchers and Designers. We are convinced that only a seamless collaboration across different disciplines sparks outstanding results that add real value for people and businesses.

Speaking of team spirit, together with Leila you will build and lead a functional and agile (remote) team of UX writers. This requires not only a lot of expertise, but also leadership skills and great commitment. With more and more manpower, the two of you will ensure that we can position ourselves at the forefront of UX writing in Switzerland.
