**Your role**

You will work within our Agile Delivery Organization and support our Teams with all aspects regarding accessible products.

In this role you will:

- evaluate and improve the accessibility of our solutions for desktop & mobile web and apps
- facilitate the creation of great user centered and easy experiences with accessibility standards in mind
- work closely with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, data analysts and other UX experts
- for this, a mix of client focus, creative talent, process understanding, hunger and passion is required

**Your team**

Our team is made up of passionate experts in all areas and levels of Customer Experience Design: Product Designer, Strategic Designer, Data Experts and UX Researcher, UX Writer, Conversion Optimization, Design Systems and Design Ops to hold us all together and keep us efficient.
Our ambition is to create the best-in-class digital experience for clients from all backgrounds, constantly listening and learning from them, creating those experiences with them, iterating and improving in perpetuity.

**Your expertise**
- in-depth knowledge of accessibility topics according to the current WCAG standards
- 5+ years of experience in accessibility consulting
- 5+ years of experience in ICT consulting
- proficiency with the software and hardware used for accessibility reviews
- proficiency with high quality accessibility assessment reports that comply with WCAG standards
- ability to facilitate the systematic evolution of our software components library in regard to accessibility
- ability to facilitate workshops with software developers and content creators
- strong analytical skillset
- ability to work highly autonomously while being a great team-player at the same time
- you communicate effectively in English
- you are passionate about user experience and accessibility and eager to work in a collaborative and co-creative work environment
- you love working in an agile environment by using your strong analytical and communication skills
- you have a distinctive client-centric mindset with the urge to understand our clients specific needs in connection with accessibility
