**Sales Manager - Panel Builders & Technical Consultants (80 - 100%) m/w/d**:

As a Sales Manager for the Panel Builders & Technical Consultants channel, you will drive the sales performance of our electrification products and solutions portfolio on the Swiss market, implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy. You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them
- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and other functions
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale
- Managing a professional market segmentation and pricing structure
- Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks
- Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration
- Ensuring solid market coverage in all regions of the Swiss market
- Sales offices located in Baden, AG and Morges, VD.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree or similar in technical field (preferably electrical engineering)
- Min. 3 years of sales line management experience with proven track record on the Swiss market
- Fluent in German, good command of French and English
- Good technical knowledge of energy distribution and low voltage switchgears
- Ability and interest to sell and promote digital solutions
- Sound understanding of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude
