**Position Summary**

The Nestlé System Technology Centre (NSTC) in Orbe is Nestlé’s leading R&D centre for the design, development and deployment of Nestlé delivery systems, offering expertise in machines, packaging and products for in-home and out-of-home.

As an** R&D Master Trainee Quality**, you will help for the implementation of ISO 9001 requirements with the objective to reach the certification of the Centre.

**A Day in the Life of an R&D Master Trainee Quality**
- Conduct a preliminary study of the existing situation
- Design the documentation and prepare the necessary files for various certifications
- Facilitate the certification and continuous improvement process: project management, deliverable production, definition and monitoring of action plans, interface with external auditors
- Explain, monitor, and validate the results of certification activities
- Provide advice to our teams and implement awareness-raising actions

**What will make you successful**
- Student or fresh graduate in a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Organization, Management, Quality, or Project Management in a curriculum related to certification
- Excellent knowledge of standards and certifications
- Rigor, autonomy, organization, analytical thinking, synthesis skills, and initiative
- Good communication skills and ability to present findings and recommendations
- Fluent in English and French
