Position Summary


The Nestlé System Technology Centre (NSTC) in Orbe is Nestlé's leading R&D centre for the design, development and deployment of Nestlé delivery systems, offering expertise in machines, packaging and products for in-home and out-of-home.


As an
R&D Master Trainee Nespresso PLM, you will act as the support for a newly implemented Product Lifecycle Management tool.

Your first role will be to collect the data & ensure its completeness into the system. You will help users navigate the tool effectively, proactively propose improvements on usability and develop guidelines for its usage.

A Day in the Life of an R&D Master Trainee Nespresso PLM

  • Understand the tool and become an expert in its functionality
  • Provide quantitative support, which may include data entry and analysis
  • Develop clear instructions and usage tips for internal users
  • Create guidelines and constructe documents based on user feedback
  • Keep the guidelines up to date and evolve them as necessary
  • Distribute the guidelines to users to ensure they have the necessary information for effective tool utilization

What will make you successful

  • Student or fresh graduate in a Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Production, ERP, or Production Management or related fields
  • Comfortable and attracted to working with procedures and data mining
  • Structured and possess an accounting mindset
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
