**Vos Missions Principales**:
En tant que Directeur Général de Cluster chez Definitely Different, vous serez bien plus qu'un simple gestionnaire.

**Votre Mission**:
En tant que Cluster Manager, vous serez l'ambassadeur de la vision du Groupe au sein de vos établissements. Votre rôle va au-delà de la gestion - vous êtes un créateur d'environnements positifs et collaboratifs, et un catalyseur de succès. Vous maitrisez parfaitement l’environnement F&B ( 2 Hôtels à manager et un restaurant Gastronomique)
Vous êtes habitué(e) à manager des ouvertures également

**-Performance Globale** : Dirigez l'ensemble du cluster vers le succès, commercial et financier.

**-Qualité et Satisfaction** : Garantissez la qualité des prestations et des sites, en assurant la satisfaction des clients grâce à votre anticipation proactive.

**-Pilotage Stratégique** : Gérez les KPIs des unités et définissez les ratios F&B pour assurer une performance optimale dans chaque département.

**-Leadership Opérationnel** : Organisez les plannings et les services du personnel pour maximiser l'efficacité quotidienne.

**-Développement Commercial** : Jouez un rôle clé dans le développement commercial des hôtels en définissant des politiques tarifaires stratégiques et suivi RM.

**-Main dans la Main** : Participez aux opérations opérationnelles pour soutenir l'équipe sur le terrain.

**-Partenariats Fournisseurs** : Identifiez de nouveaux fournisseurs et fournissez une gestion efficace des contrats existants.

**-Excellence Planifiée** : Élaborez et supervisez des plans d'action commerciale et qualité pour atteindre l'excellence.

**-Maintenance**: gérer avec votre service maintenance, toutes les opérations préventives et curatives.

**-Investissement Stratégique** : Présentez un plan d'investissement annuel aligné sur les objectifs et les besoins du groupe.

**Votre profil**:

- **Solide expérience en tant que General Manager, connaissance dans le management d’établissements 4 & 5* obligatoire, avec restaurant gastronomique**:

- Connaissance de l’environnement montagne obligatoire
- Maîtrise de l’anglais
- Qualités de leadership et capacité à inspirer, couplées à un sens aigu du détail.
- Esprit d'initiative, autonomie et engagement envers un service client exceptionnel.
- Fiabilité et volonté d'apporter une réelle valeur ajoutée.

**Conditions de ce poste **:

- Salaire minimum de CHF 132'000 négociable
- Logement possible pendant la période d'essai.
- Poste à l’année
- Voiture de fonction
