- Mise en œuvre de mesures de développement et d'optimisation des conseillers de vente et des conseillers clientèle du service externe OTC
- Collaboration et réalisation en partie autonome de projets dans le domaine de la vente
- Controlling régulier, suivi des objectifs du service externe et recommandation de mesures correctives
- Interface avec les parties prenantes internes (service extérieur OTC, marketing, trade marketing, administration des ventes, service clientèle, key account manager, etc.)

Tes atouts
- Diplôme commercial ou formation comparable
- Idéalement, connaissance du marché suisse des OTC ou expérience dans l'industrie des biens de consommation, ainsi qu'expérience professionnelle dans le service externe, le service clientèle, le Sales Admin ou autre
- Talent d'organisation autonome et structuré, capacité à s'imposer, méthode de travail précise et volonté d'apprendre et de se développer
- Compréhension de l'analyse des chiffres et des sciences économiques
- Esprit d'initiative, de communication et d'équipe avec des capacités de conseil et un état d'esprit ouvert
- Langue maternelle française ou allemande, ainsi que de bonnes connaissances (B2) à l'oral et à l'écrit de l'autre langue.
