PEKO ist seit über 40 Jahren erfolgreich als Personaldienstleisterin tätig. Unsere Mitarbeitenden sind mehrheitlich fest bei uns angestellt und leisten durch ihre Arbeit an verschiedenen Einsatzorten unserer Kunden in der Maschinenindustrie, Umwelt-, Energie-, Nuklear
- und Bahntechnik ihren Beitrag zum gemeinsamen Erfolg. Neben dem Verleih von Fachleuten vermitteln wir auch Feststellen und führen eigene Projekte und Fabrikationsaufträge aus.

Zur Verstärkung für unseren Kunden in Kreuzlingen suchen wir per sofort einen Customer Service Coordinator (m/w/d).

**Aufgaben**:

- In Ihrer neuen Aufgabe erwartet Sie die Koordination, Organisation und Überwachung von kundenbezogenen Reparatur
- und Garantiefällen sowie Projektaufträgen.
- Sie verantworten die durchgängige Auftragsabwicklung im SAP (ERP).
- Ebenfalls sind Sie für die Erstellung von Angeboten zuständig.
- Die Unterstützung bei der auftragsbezogenen Materialdisposition obliegt ebenfalls Ihrer Verantwortung.
- Sie bieten Support bei technischen Kunden
- und Lieferantenanfragen und erledigen die Erstellung von Reparatur-, Garantie
- und Servicebestellungen.
- Last but not least arbeiten Sie bei Projekten / Innovationen mit.

**Anforderungen**:

- Technische Grundausbildung (Landmaschinen-, LKW-Mechaniker, Automobilmechatroniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
- Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft (z.B. Handelsschule, technischer Kaufmann)
- Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung erwünscht
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung erwünscht
- Gute SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Zwingend gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2 FCE)
- Kunden
- und kostenorientiertes Denken, dynamisch, ehrlich und loyal
- Organisations
- und Koordinationstalent
