**About us**
12Tree is a leading impact investment advisor and operational expert in agroforestry with a strong focus on sustainability and social impact. Since 2017 we are aiming at delivering fair returns to institutional investors, while creating and protecting forests, restoring degraded landscapes and improving rural livelihoods. We are currently managing a project portfolio of 12 projects in 7 countries across Latin America and Africa with a total of around 20,000 hectares of forest, cocoa, and other crops.

You like to work with finance, manage document flow and coordinate internal processes while making a stronger impact with your work? Then join us We are looking for a Finance Assistant (M/F/d) in Switzerland on a part-time basis (50%) as soon as possible.

**Tasks**
- Finance & Tax_
- Being a key point of contact on financial matters of Swiss subsidiaries and holding companies
- Processing of invoices, managing of capital flows for Swiss holding companies
- Supervising and assisting external accounting firm with quarterly financial reporting
- Coordinating annual audit process
- Administration of Bank accounts
- Following-up on tax filings (VAT, Stamp tax, CIT)
- Preparing quarterly and annual budgets
- Investor Relation_
- Assisting in quarterly board meetings by preparing meeting documents, processing and documentation of shareholder resolutions and meeting minutes
- Supporting the organization and the process of capital calls
- Follow up on investors’ requests
- Legal & Admin_
- Providing legal and administrative support for Swiss operations (e.g. NDAs, loan documentation, insurance etc.)

**Your Profile**
We are looking for an experienced and reliable professional with strong communication skills. The following qualities and experiences are important:

- Professional experience in Finance and Administration (min. 3 years)
- Experience in managing cross-border capital flows
- Experience working with International accounting standards (IFRS)
- Understanding of Swiss tax regulations and legal frameworks is an asset but not a must
- Advanced Excel user
- Business fluent in English and German is a Must (additional language skills in Spanish are an advantage)
- Courage to take personal responsibility
- Thoroughness and organizational skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to commute occasionally to Zug and/or Zurich
- Interest in ecological and social investment
